Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

All-rounded administrative and secretarial support role
Responsible for daily administration and logistics support
Clerical support including document processing and filing, both soft copy and hard copy
Assist in organizing, scheduling, preparing meeting materials and meeting notes for the Department Head
Assist in market search, prepare reports and presentation materials
Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

工作要求

Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
At least 2-3 years’ experience in administrative support
Proficiency in various office software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
A team player, with strong sense of confidentiality
Willing to learn and take up extra responsibility
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with Native Mandarin
