Our client, a Banking Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

Perform communication work and coordinate with project stakeholders
Perform user requirement gathering and feasibility study
Perform user requirement analysis and propose solutions for business on the system operation workflow
Negotiate between business users and technical developers
Perform change management skills, negotiate and persuade others for positive results and communicate effectively across all functions and levels
Good communication and analysis skills

工作要求

Bachelor Degree Graduates in Finance, Business Admin, Computer Science or related disciplines
3 years+ above in business analysis/ software development, preferably in banking/ financial industry; Knowledge on Treasury products like FX would be a great advantage
Good team player with positive attitude and able to adapt to changes / work under pressure
Strong analytic skills and problem-solving skill
