Our client, a well-known banking group, is looking for a Senior Officer, Customer Services.

工作职责

• Handle customer enquiries with a professional manner
• Maintain the service level, quality and accuracy
• Report customer problems and complaints to the supervisor for service improvement
• Close cooperation with various departments, branches and teammates
• Handle administrative works assigned by the supervisor

工作要求

• HKDSE or above
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience in banking industry
• Good written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-initiative and ability to work independently under pressure
