Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作職責

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for internal application systems.
• Respond to technical problems and follow up on user enquiries
• Provide helpdesk support by addressing requests from the users.
• Assist in monitoring and ensuring the normal operation of the IT applications.
• Collaborate with internal users and external vendors.

工作要求

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant application experience.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL, .Net programming languages preferred.
• Familiarity with VBA, Python processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese.  Fluent spoken Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
