Our client, a Chinese based insurance company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Provide secretarial and business support to Chairman
• Manage complex travel itineraries, meeting and calendar to ensure the smooth running of daily agenda
• Liaise between senior management and various internal and external stakeholders
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Prepare and draft correspondences, reports and presentations with a high level of attention to detail
• Conduct research as required
• Facilitate special projects and ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree with excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and fluent Mandarin preferred)
• Proven 5 years track record as an executive assistant supporting C-level executives preferably with financial firm
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and outgoing personality
• Ability to draft professional correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
