Job Duties

Introduce Card Loan and Personal Loan Products and Services to clients through telemarketing activities
Promote the latest marketing campaigns and new services to clients
Develop and acquire new and potential clients
Execute client retention and retrieval programme

Job Requirements

Secondary education
With telemarketing / telesales operation / customer service experience in Banking Sector OR Insurance Sector OR Financial Institution
Customer-oriented with good communications skills
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
