Vice President, Financial Reporting (HK$65K - $70K) (Ref. No.: 26833)

Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements of licensed companies and holding companies.
• Responsible for the project construction of the Kingdee accounting system; collects accounting information of licensed companies to improve the automation of FRR reports.
• Assist in the preparation of interim and annual reports, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Fulfill other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.  Qualified accountant or completion of professional examination under professional accounting bodies is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in securities firm or investment banks; or more than 6 years of experience in the Big Four accounting firms.
• Possess strong written and spoken skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Experience working with Kingdee is a must.
• Willingness to work overtime and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Solid experience in securities accounting, SFC Financial Resources Rules, and Financial Returns is essential.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as AVP
