Wealth Planning & Trust Business Development Manager (HK$55K - $65K) (Ref. No.: 26769)

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Achieve trust sales targets through branches in the group and other sales channels.
• Play a main role in business development activities, including meeting with prospective clients, preparing proposals and attending to client enquiries.
• Actively support the initial client onboarding process and handle initial asset injection.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing proper trust structuring solutions.
• Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
• Develop a network with external professional contacts with the target of maximizing value added to the clients.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in wealth planning, trust, and other fiduciary services.
• Working experience in trust companies preferred.
• STEP or ICSA qualification preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge in trust, tax, accounting, and investment products.
• Able to assist in reviewing trust and related documentation.
• Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills, good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Frequent travel is required.
