Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including backend sales operation, maintaining sales records.
Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Manage customer accounts and update systems with accurate information.
Respond to customer & suppliers’ inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide product information and support to customers.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales administration and customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
