Assistant CRM Manager, APAC (Ref. No.: 25704)

Our client, a well known Luxury Brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

  • Develop, establish and executive marketing & clienteling strategies and activities
  • Implement the strategic planning on customer acquisition, retention and activation program
  • Conduct analyses using CRM data, collect & deliver customer's data
  • Define the data strategy that supports the overall CRM database marketing requirements and develop a data road map
  • Oversee & manage on-going CRM operations, procedures and all CRM related system issues
  • Allocate, control and review expenses within given budget
  • Stakeholders management, regular meetings with internal & external parties on campaigns progress

工作要求

  • University graduate in Marketing / Commerce or related discipline
  • 6 years' experience in a comparable role in retail industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
