工作职责

• Define product assortment, pricing, and promotions to meet turnover and profitability targets
• Lead new product launches and phase-outs
• Conduct market analysis (GfK, competitor insights, consumer feedback)
• Collaborate with sales to set distribution and POS objectives
• Oversee category training and content
• Act as liaison between regional markets and headquarters

工作要求

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in category management and product launches
• Deep, current expertise across both disciplines
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with intercultural experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel
