Director / AVP – Digital Marketing (HK$80K - $100K) (Ref. No.: 26844)

Our client, a Life Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for both HK and PRC market to attract new / existing customers through various digital and omni channels
• Plan and implement effective digital marketing campaigns and initiatives including Company website, SEO & SEM, eDM and social media to drive digital engagement
• Analyze customer data and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Create contents for various digital and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Wechat, Xiaohongshu, website, Google Ads, and eDM
• Collaborate with designers and developers to improve the overall user experience
• Stay updated with digital trends and best practices
• Handle ad hoc projects

工作要求

• Degree holders in Marketing, Business, Digital or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of digital marketing experience in Insurance / Banking industry
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques and best practices
• Expert in Google Analytics, CRM, SEO/SEM, and social media channels (both HK and PRC)
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications both in English and Chinese
