Our client, a Chinese based insurance company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

• Provide secretarial and business support to Senior Executive
• Manage complex travel itineraries, meeting and calendar to ensure the smooth running of daily agenda
• Liaise between senior management and various internal and external stakeholders
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Prepare and draft correspondences, reports and presentations with a high level of attention to detail
• Conduct research as required
• Facilitate special projects and ad hoc assignments
