Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Helping with daily office duties like reception, helpdesk requests, access cards, and working with different teams
Managing vendors to make sure services are done well and on time
Performing regular office walk throughs and following up on any repair or maintenance needs
Supporting office events, including setting up rooms
Ordering and keeping pantry / office supplies stocked
Processing purchase requests and invoices following company guidelines
Providing general office support and keeping a friendly, professional front of house environment

Minimum of 1 year experience in facilities management or office administration, preferably within corporate or banking sectors. Fresh graduates are welcome
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities
Professional and positive image
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Fast learner, able to work independently and collaboratively
