Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作职责
- To lead the IT Finance team and handle regular financial reporting operations. To collaborate with IT PMO reviewing, improving and developing project finance procedures.
- Support Section Heads to perform IT procurement under the new procurement procedures.
- Review contracts and support vendor negotiation Process.
- Collaborate with IT PMO to support a system keeping track of project finance.
- Provide support to development of the new procurement system.
- Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.
工作要求
- University graduate, preferably major in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in generate financial reports for management, manage the budgeting cycle. Keep track and report financial position of the departments.
- Experience in Manage a team of members. Communicate with other departments and ensure their requests are followed up and addressed. Communicate with management to collect their views for management reports.
- Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work.
