Job Opening - Global Executive

A fast-growing private equity firm headquartered in Singapore and Hong Kong, investing across Southeast Asia and key global markets.

Advise on private equity transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and minority investments.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents (SPAs, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, NDAs, term sheets).
Support fund formation and structuring activities, including reviewing fund documents, regulatory filings, and investor documentation.
Manage and coordinate with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
Provide legal support on portfolio management, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
Assist with regulatory and licensing matters relevant to the firm’s operations in Singapore and abroad.
Develop and maintain internal legal processes, templates, and risk-management frameworks.

Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE from a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
Strong experience in M&A, private equity, or corporate transactions.
Exposure to cross-border deals is essential.
Experience in fund formation, funds regulatory work, or investment management is a strong advantage.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong commercial judgment and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Strong command of English and Chinese including Putonghua.
