PR Associate – Financial Institution (HK$26K - $35K) (Ref. No.: 26330)

Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

• Organise and coordinate technology conference, forums, mentorship programme and related activities (e.g. event planning, promotion and logistics arrangement) for promotion of tech literacy
• Publish technology newsletters and preparing communication materials for technology activities, events and initiatives
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the division head and other members to support business operations of the division
• Assist in business management such as business process simplification and standardization

工作要求

• University degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ working experience, preferably in marketing, events, communications or related fields
• Experience in event organization and/or newsletter publication is preferred
• Good coordination and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and attentive to details
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-versed in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc
