Our client, a Leading Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent
• Recruit qualified candidates, screen applicants and conduct employment interviews
• Determine appropriate recruitment channels including job boards, social media platforms and recruitment agencies etc.
• Collaborate with HRBP and management to understand recruitment needs
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends and human resources best practices to improve recruitment strategies
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

工作要求

• University graduate or above
• 6 years+ experience in Talent Acquisitions in banking / financial industry
• Good knowledge of human resources practices, recruitment procedures and employment legislation
• Able to work under pressure with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
