Deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
Analyze performance metrics to guide improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with operational and merchandising guidelines.
Model luxury service behaviors and assist with customer escalations.

5 years in high-end retail, with a background in coaching, training, or store management.
Strong track record in luxury / clienteling sales environments.
Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel to multiple locations and work flexible hours.
Deep understanding of luxury service standards and trends.
