Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Chinese bank is now urgently looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead their Rewards & Performance team.

Assist the Division Head to development, review and implement compensation, rewards & performance projects.
Handle annual salary and rewards projects including annual salary review and promotions, bonus review; serve as a internal consultant to handle salary questionnaires and regularly re-examine the salary structure.
Prepare management reports and analyses on a regular basis.
Responsible for upholding / updating HR policies to meet the requirements of the parent company and ensure in line with best practice of the bank.
Responsible for headcount and cost management.
Support management and business head for the development of HR strategies.
Liaise with HKMA.
Handle ad hoc projects.

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in areas of reward and performance management in banking industry, in which at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
Familiar in HKMA policies, strong knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
Familiar in using MS applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin).
