Senior Officer /Assistant Manager – Contract Management (HK$25K - $35K)

Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

• Provide support to the Senior Facilities Management Manager in managing and develop timelines for facilities service delivery, lease compliance and ongoing contract management
• Assist in verifying Conditions Precedent and Subsequent to ensure compliance with delivery agreements
• Support facilities processes, legal and commercial due diligence, prepare and review NDAs
• Manage the collection and satisfaction of deliver conditions to ensure compliance with agreements
• Review key terms and conditions and input into the Contract Management System, ensure compliance with lease and other contract agreements
• Manage Lease document, Side letter, Memorandum, Tender document and Insurance renewals in line with contract agreements and company policies
• Coordinate and work closely with internal departments / cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process and seamless integration
• Manage the negotiation with vendor for contract renewals
• Assist in handling PO / AP and ensure proper documentation
• Assist in filing and organizing transaction documents
• Provide regular updates to management in contract agreement deliver status, risks and performance
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

工作要求

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (legal/finance a plus)
• 3-6 years in leasing, delivery or contract management
• Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese
