Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Semi-Government Body, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Monitor and consolidate IT-related project progress against agreed plans.
Coordinate with internal IT teams to obtain updates track actions. and clarify dependencies.
Maintain IT systems and infrastructure readiness trackers and status summaries.
Support and conduct site visits and inspections related to IT readiness. with proper documentation.
Prepare periodic progress reports. dashboards, and summary materials for management review.
Assist in tracking IT-related project expenditure and cost status for reporting purposes.
Maintain IT-focused risk, issue, and dependency logs and support follow-up actions.
Assist in compiling documentation and readiness records to support IT systems and infrastructure takeover activities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
Preferably with ITIL and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or systems and infrastructure management.
Solid experience in managing and delivering IT projects, preferably in aviation industry.
Concrete business knowledge and technical knowhow to understand various airport systems and aviation industry.
Strong communication. stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
