Administrative Assistant / Clerk (HK$15K - $20K) (Ref. No.: 25397)

Our client, a financial institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作職責

  • Provide clerical and secretarial support including data entry, document filing and organizing schedules
  • Assist in conducting file research and compiling information
  • Provide logistical support for seminars and meetings
  • Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors

工作要求

  • At least 1 year’s relevant experience in administrative / clerical work
  • Experience in data entry and logistic support preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Excel alongside Chinese and English data entry
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
