Assistant Officer - Account Receivable (HK$18K - $20K) (Ref. No.: 26931)

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作職責

• Data input to the cashier system for policy receipts and follow-up on AML documents when required
• Assist in preparation of policy payment request and ensure payments are properly supported and approved in compliance with internal policies
• Assist with all daily functions as required. e.g. payment and receipt inquiries from bank and internal stakeholders
• Prepare journal entries for month end closing in accordance with the reporting timetable
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the supervisor when required

工作要求

• Diploma with experience in bookkeeping
• Experience in handling data input with high accuracy
• Detail-minded and willing to work overtime during peak seasons
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Excel
• Immediate availability is preferred
