- Organize and lead projects of the Subsidiary in accordance to company policies and the financial laws and regulations of the country or region where they are located;
- Supervise and manage the financial and accounting activities effectively; Organize and supervise the overall budgeting, financial forecast and analysis of the Subsidiary Company, manage the P/L include increase in revenue and reduce expenditure; Establish and improve the accounting system, organize analysis of investment activities; Establish the financial information system, and manage the security of financial information; Review the financial statements and annual reports; Work close with the Executive of the Subsidiary and be one of the key responsible person;
- Oversee the rules and regulations in finance, accounting, budgeting, fund management, internal control and risk management of the Subsidiary, strengthen and enhance the systems of internal control, risk management and control systems; Supervise and review tax related activities include planning, risk management and compliance with laws and regulations;
- Participate and involve in capital operation such as major investments, mergers and acquisitions, asset transfers, debt restructuring; Organize and lead the fund management of the Subsidiary, optimize the capital structure; manage and supervise the use of funds, and ensure the compliance for the use of funds;
- Review matters such as external loans, guarantees, investments, donations or sponsorships of Subsidiary, and ensure compliance with the relevant regulations; Review of major contracts and agreements of the Subsidiary, and participate in the strategic planning, the analysis and decision-making in business and finance;
- Responsible for the human resources issues of the financial team, include salary and bonus review, training, assessment and development for the team.
