Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責
- Managing the compliance functions specific to MPF Business, to ensure compliance by the company with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines issued by relevant regulatory authorities timely and efficiently
- Conduct compliance review and provide compliance advisory to business units
- Review policies and develop operational procedures
- Participate in regulatory compliance related projects
- Prepare monthly and quarterly compliance reports
- Communicate and deal with regulatory authorities and bodies on all relevant compliance issues
- Develop and delivery of compliance training to foster compliance awareness and culture of the Company
- To perform ad hoc compliance projects as assigned
工作要求
- Degree holder in Law or related disciplines
- 5-8 years experience in compliance roles within the financial services sector, specifically in MPF
- Strong knowledge in the regulations of MPFA and IA
- Attentive to details, excellent communication, analytical and writing skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Compliance Manager
