Contract System Administrator x3 (Helpdesk/Network/Cloud) (HK$25K - $50K) (Ref. No.: 27288)

Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作職責

For System Administration Manager (Deskside)

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 deskside support including setup, installation, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and applications
  • Resolve general queries, incidents, and service requests related to desktops, laptops, and applications
  • Maintain and track IT asset inventory
  • Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ITSM platform
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for smooth technology operations

For System Administrator - Network

  • Manage and monitor the private Cloud network with 24/7 support
  • Handle installation, configuration, admin, monitoring, traffic analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper devices
  • Collaborate with vendors and teams for implementation
  • Provide timely Cloud network problem-solving and technical training to developers and operators

For System Administrator - Cloud

  • Manage and monitor private Cloud resources with 24/7 support. Implement automation to boost efficiency. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data protection. Troubleshoot Cloud issues quickly. Collaborate with teams for secure, smooth Cloud integration. Provide technical guidance and training on Cloud processes

工作要求

For System Administrator (Deskside)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in deskside technical support, banking / financial industry experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting
  • Good communication skills; capable of supporting users under pressure
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

For System Administrator (Network)

  • Bachelors in Telecom, CS, IT or related
  • 3+ years networking experience
  • Skilled in installing and troubleshooting switches, routers, firewalls
  • Good with IP/Ethernet and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.)
  • Reliable, works well under pressure, flexible hours
  • Fluent in Chinese & English; Mandarin a plus

For System Administrator - Cloud

  • Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related field
  • 2+ years Cloud system admin experience
  • Familiar with OpenShift, Containers, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Huawei HCS, MySQL, Redis
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms: compute, networking, storage, backup, virtualization
  • Keep up with Cloud tech and trends; Self-driven, good under pressure
  • Excellent troubleshooting and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in Chinese & English; Mandarin a plus
  • Financial industry experience preferred
