Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作職責

• Develop and execute the Banking Fintech Compliance / AI Compliance Policy, Regulatory and Monitoring review programs and ensure that they are in accordance with local regulatory framework as well as the Bank’s policies and procedures
• Advise to the management and various business units on Fintech Compliance / AI Compliance Circular Review matters
• Monitor the regulatory issues on Banking Fintech / AI Banking Products and Banking Services within Hong Kong Region

工作要求

• University degree holder
• Solid experience in Banking Fintech, RegTech or AI Compliance Regulatory and Monitoring with Banking sector
• Good knowledge of compliance with banking and regulatory requirements
• Sound knowledge in regulatory requirements and rules issued by HKMA
• Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
