Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, an Authorized Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Providing project administrative support to CS project teams such as
To perform project administrative tasks over the project life cycle
To prepare project documents such as funding paper, memo, purchase request
To review and comment the submission / deliverable from the Contractor
To manage project deliverables / inventory / assets
To support and work with Project Manager in goods receipt and payment process
To assist Project Manager in contract management and renewal
To support Project Manager to monitor and control the project schedule and contractor resources

Tertiary education in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems I Systems Engineering or a related discipline
2 years of working experience and preferably in sizable organization
With proven experience as an IT Project Administrator / Administrative Officer
IT knowledge and experience are preferred
Excellent written and verbal Cantonese and English, including Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), 0365 apps (Forms, MS Teams, SharePoint) and other video conferencing application
Hands on experience in preparing PowerPoint presentation for management level
Mature and reliable with good commercial sense, good analytical and problem-solving skill
Attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative tasks and duties
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure independently and as a team, with good multitasking skills
