Junior Business Partner – HR (IANG is welcome) (HK$20K - $25K) (Ref. No.: 25135)

Our client, a sizable Chinese bank is now urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team.

工作職責

• Partner with functional heads and business unit heads, responsible to assessing the manpower needs, formulate and execute recruitment strategies and initiatives in meeting Business' needs.
• Carry out recruitment and selection activities including updating headcount status and prepare reports for management review.
• Plans and implement recruitment campaigns, sources and select effective recruitment channels and tools.
• Handle ad hoc staff functions.

工作要求

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
• At least 2 years' of working experience in recruitment function.
• Working experience gained from banking & Finance industry will be an added advantages.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation, interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
