Our client, a medical services provider is now urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team.

工作職責

• Update documents including medical schemes, business partner's contract, medical network doctors, etc.
• Responsible for medical case assessment and prior authorization
• Answer internal and external enquiries on medical cases and complex benefit issues
• Maintain relationships between insurance companies, banks and network doctors
• Review and liaise with doctors and insures for surgical fee
• Assist management to enhance the operation policy and procedures
• Prepare monthly reports to management's review

工作要求

• Diploma or above
• With 4 years of experience in medical field / insurance industry
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• A good team player, detail minded and independent
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
