Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a public sector, is looking for high-calibre person to fill the position.

Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
Analyse current systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement software solutions that enhance business processes.
Collaborate with vendors and other internal teams to ensure application functionality.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure software performance.
Provide support and training to end-users.
Maintain documentation of system configurations and changes.

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Good understanding of full software development life cycle (SDLC).
Good development skills and support in either one or more of below skills:
- Python
- AI / genAI / LLM
- Java/J2EE
- C#
- Cloud / Container-based architecture
- HTML5, JavaScript, PHP
Good knowledge with cloud platform is preferred
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Less experience will consider as Analyst Programmer / Programmer.
