Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management plan
Delivering the renovation on time, within budget, and according to approved specifications
Perform design & pre-construction management
Develop and manage phasing, swing space, and relocation plans
Coordinate staff movement between floors / zones
Coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring continuous business operations throughout phased renovations
Managing risks, safety, and compliance
Providing clear reporting and acting as the single accountable party for execution

Manager grade seniority preferred, or equivalent experience leading complex projects
Proven experience managing large scale office renovation projects
Demonstrated success in live environment renovations involving significant user populations
Strong skills in schedule, cost, and risk management
Experience coordinating architects, designers, contractors, and internal departments
CAD capability is required, including
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with local building, fire, and safety regulations
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
