Our client, a financial institution is now urgently looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責
- Perform general reception duties including answering incoming phone calls, courier services, greeting guests, etc.
- Provide general office administrative and clerical support
- Coordinate the environmental cleanliness specially the reception area, meeting rooms
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
工作要求
- Form 7 or above
- minimum of 2 years’ experience in receptionist, customer service or administrative duties
- Cheerful, well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and good customer services attitude
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua
- Immediately available preferred
