Receptionist (HK$18K - $21K) (Ref. No.: 26186)

Our client, a financial institution is now urgently looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作職責

  • Perform general reception duties including answering incoming phone calls, courier services, greeting guests, etc.
  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support
  • Coordinate the environmental cleanliness specially the reception area,  meeting rooms
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

工作要求

  • Form 7 or above
  • minimum of 2 years’ experience in receptionist, customer service or administrative duties
  • Cheerful, well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and good customer services attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua
  • Immediately available preferred
