Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Assist in completing the review of financial matters related to DCM business and cross-border financing business.
Complete the financial accounting and management accounting work of the department platform, and regularly issue accounting statements and management statements.
Work with external tax advisors and the internal tax team to ensure tax compliance and evaluate the tax efficiency of the investment holding structure across various jurisdictions.
Responsible for the compliance management of licensed companies (SFC 1, 4, 9) and complete regular compliance declarations according to regulatory requirements.
Assisting in the preparation of financial statement and analysis.
Cooperate with auditing, annual report, tax filing and other finance related work.
Other ad-hoc assignments/projects.

Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with CPA qualification.
At least 4 years working experience in Big 4 Accounting firms, familiar with PRC/GAAP/IFRS.
Familiar with the financial compliance requirements of HK licensed corporation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Independent, proactive and attentive to details.
Mature, able to work under pressure with strong sense of confidentially.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
