Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Business Partnering & Pricing: Collaborates directly with licensed business units (such as trust and insurance companies) to evaluate strategic plans, review financial terms in commercial contracts, and provide strategic pricing recommendations for service products.
Tax & Treasury Compliance: Manages Hong Kong profits tax filings, annual audits, and transfer pricing compliance in accordance with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS/HKAS) while overseeing company liquidity.
Internal Controls & Systems: Adapts global financial policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to the local Hong Kong regulatory environment while optimizing financial systems and internal control frameworks through software tools.
Budgeting & Performance Forecasting: Leads annual budget creation, executes monthly rolling forecasts, and tracks variance analyses for revenue, costs, assets, and equity to align performance incentives with business outcomes.

Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, business related discipline; and possesses relevant professional qualifications such as CPA is a plus
At least 7 years of finance related work experience; candidates with combined experience in tax / finance management, budget management, and business finance are preferred
Experience in the financial services industry (e.g., family offices, asset management, insurance brokerage, trust, wealth management, investment banking) is preferred
Familiar with onshore and offshore tax, finance, and treasury practices; able to systematically drive improvements in financial operations
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing; advanced Excel skills; capable of independently building complex financial models, conducting investment appraisals, and performing business analysis.
Proven leadership and team management skills, including working with colleagues from other departments to complete various tasks
Be open-minded and able to adapt to changing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a proactive mindset
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
Immediate availability is highly preferred
