Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Perform comprehensive business and user requirement analysis.
Liaise between business users and IT units to ensure requirements are accurately defined and implemented.
Formulate test plans and lead UAT and regression testing.
Provide dedicated technical and operational support to business users.
Manage end-to-end IT project implementation, monitoring progress and resolving roadblocks.
Oversee project budgets and the procurement process.
Participate in risk analysis for new product launches.

Degree holder in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
Background in FX related products/ Credit Card/ Corporate Banking or Global Custodian Services is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of the SDLC, data flow, and UAT processes.
Strong analytical, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a high-performance team environment.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
