Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Take overall project management lead in the office renovation and relocation projects from planning to execution
- Partner with contractors, suppliers and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop and implement workplace design standard and guidelines
- Supervise budget, vendor management, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years’ relevant working experience in large-scale workplace renovation project management
- Working experience in insurance, banking & finance industry is preferred
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, external partners, and leading projects from concept to completion
- Mature, self-motivated and well-organized
- Strong budgeting, leadership and negotiation skills, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
