Administrative Assistant (Financial Institution) (Ref. No.: 27544)

Our client, a Financial statutory body, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
• Provide logistic support for seminars, meetings and business trips etc.
• Assist in the launch of public campaigns
• Assist to compile MIS or other statistics reports
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisors

Job Requirements

• Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination.
• One year’s relevant experience preferred
• Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
