Successful Applicant will go through 2 years comprehensive internal training program to become a Professional Payroll & Human Resources Officer. Learning Employment Ordinance on calculation of statutory entitlements such as holiday pay, annual leave pay, sickness allowance, maternity leave pay, end of year payment and wages in lieu of notice by average daily wages; calculation of Statutory Minimum Wage (SMW); calculation of Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contribution; preparation of Statutory (taxation) reports and handling on Employees’ Compensation Issues such as Work Injury cases etc.

Responsibilities:-
- To provide administrative support to office, e.g. answering of phone calls, handling of mails and faxes, greeting to candidates / visitors, order of pantry supplies, control of stationery stock, office equipment maintenance, photocopy, filing and scanning.
- To maintain office tidiness including conference & meeting rooms, open areas and pantry.
- To conduct the orientation to all new contractors.
- To perform some outdoor work (cheque bank-in and posting in needs).
Under our comprehensive 2 years training program
- To support the Outsourcing Team, focus on the Payroll Process (Salary and Commission Calculation, MPF / Tax Filing and related admin).
- To manage Banking Customers, Government, Utilities for their Payroll Management.
