Assistant Branch Operations Manager (Checker Role) (HK$28K – HK$33K)

Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Supervise, monitor and check the daily counter transactions and operations of the branch to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Coach and supervise counter services associates to ensure provide quality customer services
• Serve as the communication channel between the branch and other functional units

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or above with at least 2 years of relevant banking experience
• Sound knowledge of banking branch operations and related policies
• Detail-oriented and with strong communication skill
• Passes in HKSI 1, 7, 8
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
