Our client, a Life Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Drive bancassurance business and support bank partners to achieve monthly sales target.
- Provide training to bank partners on insurance products and services
- Execution of business plan and sales strategies.
- Keep abreast of market trends and assist in product development strategies.
- Develop sales tools and marketing collaterals.
- Build up and maintain solid relationship with key stakeholders of bank partners, provide professional sales support and excellent service.
- Monitor sales performance, provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist in ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements
- University graduate.
- With at least 5 years of insurance sales experience in bank / insurance company.
- Sounds knowledge in life insurance products.
- Extensive experience in channel management.
- Strong business senses and result oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Frequent travel to Macau.
