Our client, a Life Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Drive bancassurance business and support bank partners to achieve monthly sales target.
Provide training to bank partners on insurance products and services
Execution of business plan and sales strategies.
Keep abreast of market trends and assist in product development strategies.
Develop sales tools and marketing collaterals.
Build up and maintain solid relationship with key stakeholders of bank partners, provide professional sales support and excellent service.
Monitor sales performance, provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Assist in ad hoc projects.

University graduate.
With at least 5 years of insurance sales experience in bank / insurance company.
Sounds knowledge in life insurance products.
Extensive experience in channel management.
Strong business senses and result oriented.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Frequent travel to Macau.
