Assistant Human Resources Manager (HK$25,000 – 30,000) (Ref. No.: 27391)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing the needs for human resources management system and organizational management system.
  • Responsible for participating in and promoting the optimization of human resources management system and organizational management system, proposing technically feasible solutions and plans, and implementing them.
  • Maintain the daily operation of the human resources management system and organizational management system to ensure stable operation of the system.
  • Communicate well with system vendor, software development centers, and relevant business departments to coordinate, promote, and implement system solutions or optimization plans.
  • Responsible for daily business user authorization of the institutional management system and some third-party systems, due diligence review of job role map maintenance, and maintenance of institutional and calendar parameters.
  • Other tasks related to system construction and maintenance delivered by Superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Possess professional knowledge of IT development technology and 2 years or more of relevant work experience;
  • Strong in team work and communication skills;
  • Possess project management, analysis and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
  • Working location shall be subjected to the operational needs of our Client.
