Assistant Manager, Key Account Management – Global Brand (Ref. No.: 27831)

Our client, a leading MNC, looking a commercially sharp and relationship-driven professional to join our Key Account Management team. In this role, you'll take ownership of strategic retail partnerships, drive business growth, and collaborate across functions to turn opportunities into results

Job Duties

• Manage key customer accounts on a daily basis, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of business issues
• Drive and deliver sales and profit targets, while actively contributing to business growth strategies
• Identify growth opportunities within major retail chains and partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain) to bring those opportunities to life through project-based initiatives
• Oversee budget planning and demand forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation
• Coordinate materials and resources needed to support future business plans, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks
• Conduct in-depth business analysis, tracking category trends, competitor activities, and customer profiles to inform strategic decisions

Job Requirements

• University degree in any discipline; Business or Marketing-related fields are preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in FMCG or retail key account management
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A results-driven mindset, with a collaborative spirit and the resilience to perform well under pressure
• A natural problem-solver who approaches challenges with clarity, pragmatism, and a can-do attitude
