Assistant Manager (Legal & Regulatory Compliance) (HK$30K–50K) (Ref. No.: 27469)

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

Assist in handling the relevant legal and regulatory compliance works of the company, including drafting and review of documents, participating in project-related meetings, filing etc.
Provide support on regulatory compliance works and assist the company in maintaining good corporate governance
Research on regulatory updates and relevant compliance issues
Responsible for liaising with internal and external parties under supervision
Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned

Job Requirements

University degree holder in Laws (LLB) or related disciplines
Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant working experience in financial industry, law firms or Fintech companies
Experience in legal and regulatory compliance matters related to Fintech, electronic banking or IT application development is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure, attention to details and dedicated
