Assistant Manager / Manager – Agency Training (HK$38K - $48K) (Ref. No.: 27046)
Our client, an Insurance company is now urgently looking for dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join their agency training department to cope with their business expansion
Job Duties
- Design and development training strategies, implement and coordinate activities associated with crucial training needs
- Deliver quality training to meet the specified training objectives, contents, activities and methods in training plans in order to meet the identified training needs, included but not limited to classroom / virtual training, and eLearning production
- Accredit CPD courses from HKCAAVQ
- Identify training needs for agency force and translate training needs into training plans
- Evaluate training efficiency and revamp contents and methods if needed.
- Prepare regular reports to management
- Implement the new learning approaches and materials to deliver effective training
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with 5 years+ relevant experience in insurance / banking industry
- Good training sense in terms of course development, design, delivery and evaluation
- Good presentation, communication and facilitation skills
- Proficient in written & spoken English and Chinese
