Assistant Operation Manager – Customer Information Maintenance (HK$25K - $30K) (Ref. No.: 27048)

Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position

Job Duties

• Ensure the proper maintenance of customer information database
• Process customer information enquiry requests from Government / Regulatory Bodies
• Conduct KYC due diligence, account opening and documentation checking
• Understand the bank policies on information protection, risk & security control and regulatory compliance
• Participate in customer information system enhancement
• Provide support in ad-hoc project

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in banking industry
• Experience of dealing with regulatory matters / Government bodies
• Being attentive to details of assigned job and self-discipline
• Ownership of results and commitment to personal goals
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
