Assistant Operation Manager/Manager – Bills / Trade Finance (HK$35K - $45K)

Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

Process bills transactions and trade services in professional manner
Prepare trade processing reports and ad hoc reporting
Perform documents checking according to standard practices
Play the checker role on import/export bills transactions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines
Participate in system enhancement and conduct UAT
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

Diploma or above with at least 4 years of experience in bills / trade finance operations in banking industry
Detail minded with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Able to work independently
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST)
