• Analysis & Strategy: Research industry trends and define business requirements for innovation projects.
• Project Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end process from vendor selection and system design to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between business users, developers, and external vendors.
• Training: Support the rollout and promotion of new technical solutions.

• Education: Degree in CS, IS, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–5 years in technical/system analysis. Banking experience is a plus.
• Skills: Technical background with coding experience and Cloud platform familiarity.
• Communication: Proficiency in Chinese report writing and explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff.
